When you connect to your inner peace temple you become better equipped to move through life, with all of its up's & downs and still find your way back to center.
ABOUT ME
Most of my life was spent in fear, and a very dysregulated state of being. During one of the hardest times in my life, I discovered yoga, and it was in the slowing down, listening to my body, nurturing my soul, that I began to realize it is so much more then just asana, it is life changing. I unlocked parts of myself I had no idea were there, and knew this was my calling, to embody and learn all the holistic modalities that help guide you back to WHOLE.
Your Guide, Marissa Hutchinson is a Certified Trauma Informed 500 RYT, A Yoga Therapist in training, Certified Sound Healing Therapist, Spiritual Retreat Leader and passionately believes you are a sacred Divine creation, who is worthy of remembering your WHOLENESS.
