Most of my life was spent in fear, and a very dysregulated state of being. During one of the hardest times in my life, I discovered yoga, and it was in the slowing down, listening to my body, nurturing my soul, that I began to realize it is so much more then just asana, it is life changing. I unlocked parts of myself I had no idea were there, and knew this was my calling, to embody and learn all the holistic modalities that help guide you back to WHOLE.
