Wednesday  Evening-  Unwind with the deeply nourishing Mystical Guided Yoga Nidra ( Yogic "Sleep" ) and sound healing.

Taking you through the 5 layers of awareness, into a state of Bliss.

Sunday Mornings-  Start your day with embodiment practices to center and align yourself for the day ahead. All practices are gentle, nourishing and somatically based to support the awakening of YOU.

Once a Month Women's Circles:

The second Sunday of every month. 

Grab your cup of tea or cacao and a cozy spot to tap into the hidden wonders of the months astrological theme. This is an intentional space for you to feel seen, heard, and supported. Together we will have ceremonial practices to help release what is not serving us, and call in what we are in need of.
